10th Anniversary Talk at Southampton

Sunday, March 21, 2010

Well this is my 10th year as a professional and I have pleasure in bringing to you my 10th anniversary talk! The show will be packed with my favourite images from the past ten years, complete with inspirational anecdotes and the occasional dodgy joke. I will also be showing my most recent project work from Australia and Svalbard, which I know will be very popular . I will have some new musical pieces plus some favourites from the past, no pan pipes either as it will all be classic rock, disco or toe tapping pop. Those of you who have seen my shows know how inspirational they are and how much energy I put into them so you are assured of a good night out. At all events I will be selling signed copies of Living Landscapes, Concepts of Nature and as a special treat my first real coffee table book Life in the Wild. The Cobra rucksack will also make an appearance. So please come along and support me at all of the venues, check out the attached press release too which has details of my career to date!

The March 21st talk is being held at the Thornden Hall, Chandlers Ford near Southampton. Two years ago I gave the innaugual Mansfield & Elliott Memorial Lecture and and I am delighted to have been asked to return. The theatre is a cracking venue with tiered seating and an excellent sound system; the Southampton Camera Club (hosts for the event) are a very friendly bunch too!

Tickets are priced at £9 and are available directly from the club website, which also has an online seating plan too! Click here to go straight to the site.

Note - all talks may have slight adult humour and will not be suitable for small children or adults who take photography too seriously. This will be an inspirational afternoon celebrating the wildlife of this planet and I look forward to entertaining you on the afternoon of March 21st 2010 at the Thornden Hall.
